The latest update on the health of Triple H has been given by WWE Executive Director Bruce Prichard following heart surgery for The Game earlier this year.
WWE reported on September 8, 2021, that Triple H, also known as Paul Levesque, had undergone a successful operation following a “cardiac event,” according to an official statement from the company.
WWE released a statement about Levesque on their website which read as follows:
“Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event. The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery.”
Following that Triple H released his own statement almost two weeks after expressing his gratitude and love for all the support he had received, saying:
“I’ve been blown away by the outreach and support from so many people. I’m recovering, doing well, & deeply grateful for all the love in my life. Especially grateful for @ShawnMichaels& all the Superstars & crew @WWENXT! (Steph and the girls loved the snacks!) See you soon”
The Executive Director of Raw and SmackDown shared the latest update on The King Of Kings’ condition on the newest episode of Something To Wrestle With Bruce Prichard, and the prognosis sounds good:
“He is feeling better; he’s coming along good. He’s moving along, man; more power to him!”
There is currently no timetable for Triple H to return to his duties with Shawn Michaels said to be the man heading up NXT 2.0 in his friend and fellow degenerate’s absence.
