The Undertaker On Being “Utterly Amazed” By A WWE Debut

The Undertaker makes his way to the ring

The Undertaker has revealed the WWE debut that he thought was “utterly amazing”.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, The Undertaker heaped praise on Grammy-award winning artist Bad Bunny, saying that his match at WrestleMania 37 set the bar “super high” for celebrity guest appearances.

Bad Bunny debuted in WWE at the 2021 Royal Rumble, where he made an appearance to perform his hit song ‘Booker T’ alongside the eponymous Hall of Famer.

Over the next few months, Bad Bunny, who allied himself with Damian Priest, became embroiled in a feud with The Miz and John Morrison. This culminated in a bout between the teams at WrestleMania.

Priest and Bad Bunny took the victory at the ‘Grandaddy Of Them All’, with the rapper astonishing those in attendance with a performance that saw him hitting John Morrison with a Canadian Destroyer.

One man that had his eye on the clash was The Undertaker, who had nothing but praise for the Hip Hop star.

“Bunny set the bar, man. He set the bar super high. I’ll tell you what, of all the people that have crossed over and done some cameos for us, I mean, he killed it.

“Obviously, it would be different doing the full schedule, but what he did… I thought it was utterly amazing. I was blown away by how good he was.”

Besides his WrestleMania match, Bad Bunny’s time in WWE will also be remembered for his reign as the 24/7 Champion. He defeated R-Truth for the belt – with some help from Priest – and held it for 27 days before trading it back to Truth for ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin merchandise.
