Pat McAfee Delivers Incredible Punt On WrestleMania Set Reveal

The point a WrestleMania set gets shown to the public has become more and more important over the years, and Pat McAfee has just created his own moment with an incredible punt on the launch.

WrestleMania 38 takes place at the AT&T Stadium on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas on 2nd and 3rd April 2022, marking the first time the showcase event has returned to the arena since 2016. Whilst the sets change for ‘The Showcase Of The Immortals’ change each year, the reveal of the set this time round has become even more spectacular.

Whilst Dude Perfect were part of the reveal, they split themselves across the ground level of the arena and up in the stands, with a small hole set as the target to set off the lights within the stadium to reveal the setup to the public.

With Michael Cole on ground level, Pat McAfee attempted a punt from the upper area of the stands – which went straight through the target to light up the Dallas skyline.

The set is far more elaborate than the last time WrestleMania was in Dallas, and sets the stage for the first two-night event in front of a full crowd, having been forced to have a reduced crowd in Tampa Bay in 2021 and behind closed doors the year before.

Pat McAfee will be taking on Austin Theory as part of the event, which also includes the return of ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin and Logan Paul competing in a tag team match.
