The post-Crown Jewel WWE SmackDown show came to us from the INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. On a week where the new King of the Ring was crowned we saw Mustafa Ali get defeated by Mansoor for the second time in as many days, not to mention Drew McIntyre beating Sami Zayn, and all of this:

The Beast brawled with all

After the controversial finish to their Crown Jewel title match, Brock Lesnar promised to come to SmackDown and “beat Roman Reigns senseless.” Roman started off the show in the ring with Paul Heyman and told everyone that Lesnar wouldn’t be there because he’s scared of Reigns, which brought out the Beast himself. Lesnar ran in to the ring and attacked the Tribal Chief and sent him over the top rope with a huge clothesline.

Brock gave Heyman a brief smile then knocked Reigns down with the ring steps. The Usos ran down and tried to help their cousin but both were quickly taken out too. A cameraman was knocked down, multiple referees were sent flying, and finally the locker room emptied and a few of them went beaten up too. Cesaro, Rick Boogs, and Erik from the Viking Raiders (the voices of reason?) seemed to calm Lesnar down as Roman made his escape.

Lesnar suspended

After the carnage had cleared and the ringside emptied, Adam Pearce came to the ring to make the announcement that due to his unacceptable actions he was indefinitely suspending Brock Lesnar. The crowd booed but soon started cheering as Lesnar made his way slowly to the ring. Brock got in the ring and grabbed Pearce and asked him to tell him again what he’d said. Pearce reiterated that he’d said Lesnar was suspended so Brock hit him with the F5, followed by another for good measure.

Hit Row hit hard in their debut

Having been drafted from NXT, Hit Row (“B-Fab” Briana Brandy, Ashante “Thee” Adonis, “Top Dolla” AJ Francis, and Isaiah “Swerve” Scott), made their main roster debut on this week’s SmackDown. Swerve and Top Dolla took on the team of Dustin Lawyer and Daniel Williams who were no match for the newcomers. Dolla was impressive as he carried both his opponents around the ring followed by a double team by Hit Row to get the pin on Lawyer.

Happy pinned Shinsuke

Following on from last week’s interruptions by Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura, Happy Corbin went one-on-one with the Intercontinental Champion. With both men down during the match, Boogs started playing Shinsuke’s theme song on his guitar to motivate the champ. Madcap Moss was in the corner of Corbin however, and he took offence to the playing and grabbed the guitar. Nakamura got involved and knocked down Moss but off of the distraction he was thrown in to the steel steps by Happy, who then hit the End of Days in the middle of the ring to get the pin and the win.

And NEW Raw Women’s Champion, and NEW SmackDown Women’s Champion…

Due to SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch being drafted to Raw and Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair being drafted to SmackDown, Sonya Deville had them meet in the ring to… swap titles. Lynch got the Raw belt from Flair and then she threw the SmackDown title at Charlotte’s feet.

Flair suggested they go against each other right then in a winner takes all match but they were interrupted by Sasha Banks who told the champs that she runs the Blue Brand. Big Time Becks said she’s off to Raw and will see one of them at Survivor Series and exited the ring, which left Banks and Flair arguing until Sasha hit Charlotte and they went at it.

The Boss took the Queen down with the Meteora from the apron to the outside until they were finally separated by Sonya Deville as SmackDown went off the air, but it seems Banks has her eyes set on the title.
