Last Night’s (July 19th) Raw took place at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas. The show had a definite ‘Raw After Mania’ feel and was capped off with a shocking title change when Nikki A.S.H defeated Charlotte Flair to win the Raw Women’s Championship.

The win came directly after a gruelling main event between Flair and Rhea Ripley in a rematch from the night prior’s Money In The Bank event in which Flair won the title she would then lose 24 hours later.

In the match, Flair was firmly positioned as the heel, going so far as to hit Ripley with the title belt to cause an intentional disqualification finish.

The downed challenger attacked Flair after the match leading to Nikki to race to the ring and cash in the Money In The Bank briefcase she won the night before.

One cross body on Flair and the cover was made to give us a new Raw Women’s Champion.

The win caps an incredible surge up the card for Nikki. After securing a number of key recent wins that were presented as big upsets, she debuted her new super hero character just a few weeks ago to a mixed reaction.

It has caught on quickly though and her surprise MITB ladder match victory has now been followed by her first title win in WWE.
