Lince Dorado Explains How Charlotte Flair & Bayley “Saved His Life”

Bayley & Charlotte Flair compete in a WWE ring.

Former WWE superstar Lince Dorado has posted an emotional statement on social media where he credits the likes of Charlotte Flair and Bayley for saving his life at a point when he was unable to work and took up making wrestling gear to make ends meet.

The Lucha House Party member made his foray in to WWE as part of the inaugural Cruiserweight Classic Tournament back in 2018. At this point he had been wrestling for over a decade and made a name for himself on the independent scene, including being part of Chikara’s first King Of Trios Tournament.

In a post on Twitter, Lince Dorado has now spoken of his journey to joining WWE, and how for a time he turned to making ring gear when he was unable to perform his day job, with two prominent WWE stars ending up as customers of his.

2014 I couldn’t teach, so I made gear & wrestled to support my family. 5 people, 2 bedroom yellow townhouse. I had some amazing people ask for gear, a lot, that honestly saved my life. Thanks homies @MsCharlotteWWE y @itsBayleyWWE PS I went back to teaching until I came to @WWE.

Lince Dorado began working with Kalisto and Gran Metalik in WWE as members of Lucha House Party back in 2018. The team was eventually split up as part of the 2020 Draft, with Kalisto signed to SmackDown prior to his WWE release whilst Dorado and Metalik headed to Monday Night Raw.

The remaining members of Lucha House Party were not signed to either Raw or SmackDown as part of this year’s WWE Draft with both exiting the company as part of the latest batch of WWE releases. Dorado’s last televised match came back in September when he was on the losing end of a contest on Main Event where he took on Cedric Alexander.
