WWE Hall Of Famer and current Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee Kane has discussed which US President he would throw off Hell In A Cell.

Whilst ‘The Big Red Machine’ is known by many by his government name Glenn Jacobs, to wrestling fans he will always be Kane and is synonymous with Hell In A Cell matches, having made his debut during the inaugural one between The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels.

Speaking on The Babylon Bee podcast Jacobs’ two world collided, as he discussed both wrestling and politics, and in particular mentioned who he would like to throw off the demonic structure.

Quite a few, actually, probably the number one would be LBJ [Lyndon B. Johnson] because he ramped up the Vietnam War and The Great Society. So he was the worst and then there were others that were not great, all the really bad. But when we look at the double whammy of the warfare state and the welfare state, I think he’s the epitome of that and we’re still dealing with that. He was a big guy too, that actually might be a pretty good match.

He was also asked which former President he would like to beat up, and to this question there was only one choice.

It would be me and George Washington. Well, if you’re saying I’m part of the tag team, it would be me and George Washington because you know, we could look at criticisms of Washington and, um, you know, certainly many of those ballots. Um, but frankly the country just wouldn’t be here if it hadn’t been for George Washington. He was the most important and the greatest person in American history.

Kane last made an in-ring WWE appearance at the 2021 Royal Rumble, before then being inducted in to the WWE Hall Of Fame as part of the class of 2021 alongside Rob Van Dam, Eric Bischoff, Molly Holly, The Great Khali, and Ozzy Osbourne.
