Heartwarming Story Of Malakai Black’s Gift On Way To Wrestling Convention

Malakai Black

A wrestling fan has told the story of how they met Malakai Black on the way to a wrestling convention, and the incredible gift they made sure they received.

Malakai Black has recently become a member of the AEW roster, having been released by WWE earlier in 2021. He made his debut for the company at their Road Rager event, attacking Cody Rhodes and Arn Anderson to set off his feud with The Nightmare Family which pretty much run for the entire time he has been in the company so far.

The ‘Dutch Destroyer’ defeated Arn Anderson’s son Brock Anderson, Lee Johnson, and Dustin Rhodes in between two victories over ‘The American Nightmare’. It took until the 23rd October edition of AEW Dynamite for Cody Rhodes to gain revenge, when he managed to finally get the win over Black.

A fan has now told the story of how they bumped in to Malakai Black outside of a convention, and after showing him the way in he treated them to two VIP tickets for the event.

Albert Hyland and I took Kei to this event today expecting to pay $25 a piece to go in and meet some retired wrestlers including Ashland’s very own Bobby Blaze. As we were walking up the sidewalk we ran in to this nice gentleman trying to find his way there.

We showed him the way and when we arrived at the ticket counter, he told the young man taking the ticket money to give each of us a VIP pass and he’d take care of the expense. I looked down and the VIP pass was $370 EACH! 😳. Needless to say we had an amazing time and feel so very blessed to have met this man who allowed us this experience. His name is #malakaiblack. He is in the first picture with me and Kei.
