Five Contests Confirmed For IMPACT Wrestling’s Turning Point

Impact Wrestling Turning Point

Off the back of last night’s edition of IMPACT, five matches are now set for Turning Point 2020.

The event, which will air live on Impact Plus, takes place on Saturday 14th November.

Rich Swann will be defending his IMPACT World Championship against Sami Callihan, who managed to pick up the win in tag team action alongside Eric Young last night against the team of Swann and Eddie Edwards.

The conclusion of the match came when Ken Shamrock, who wasn’t in the match, sent Swann in to the ring steps allowing Callihan the chance to hit a piledriver on Edwards.

The Knockouts Championship will also be on the line, after Deonna Purrazzo’s rematch from Bound For Glory against Su Yung ended in a disqualification when Yung used a steel chair.

It was confirmed shortly afterwards that the pair will face off again at Turning Point, and this time there will be no disqualifications.

Also signed is a Tag Team Title defence by The North against The Good Brothers, and the self-proclaimed TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose will take on Willie Mack.

Finally, following a backstage confrontation, Swoggle will face Brian Myers.

Therefore the card for Turning Point currently stands as:

  • IMPACT World Championship: Rich Swann Vs Sami Callihan
  • Knockouts Championship: Su Yung Vs Deonna Purrazzo
  • IMPACT Tag Team Championships: The North Vs The Good Brothers
  • Moose Vs Willie Mack
  • Brian Myers Vs Swoggle
