WWE Hall Of Famer DDP has hit out at Ronda Rousey ahead of her potential return to the company, highlighting the fact she had called wrestling “fake”.

Ronda Rousey made her formal WWE debut four years ago at the 2018 Royal Rumble, where she came out following the first women’s Rumble match to point at the WrestleMania sign. Her career before the squared circle including becoming an Olympic bronze medallist in Judo and a glittering UFC career.

Her last appearance in WWE was at WrestleMania 35 in New Jersey, where she lost her Women’s Championship in a winner-takes-all triple-threat match to Becky Lynch. Prior to that match, Rousey had labelled wrestling as “fake”.

Speaking on The Bro Show, former WCW World Champion DDP has commented on how Ronda Rousey should have a bit more respect for those in wrestling if she is going to make return which has been heavily rumoured for this year’s WrestleMania, as has been rumoured ahead of this year’s Royal Rumble.

For starters, Ronda has talked a lot of sh*t about wrestling. You remember? That wasn’t cool, Ronda. That was not cool. Brock (Lesnar), who was the baddest man on the planet at one point, he never talked smack about what we do, cause what we do is harder than what they do, (harder) physically on the body.

From Dan Severn on down, UFC Hall of Famer – respect. Josh Barnett – respect. You got to have some respect there for what we do if you’re going to come back and forth and make the money. That’s the way I just personally feel.
