Big Ratings Win For AEW On Wednesday Night

The ratings battle between AEW and NXT seems to have levelled out a little lately, but this week there was a big jump.

It would seem The Inner Circle heading to Las Vegas and a main event of Cody Rhodes & Darby Allin vs Team Taz did the business for AEW.

Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer is reporting that AEW did a 0.37 rating in one of their key demographics.

AEW was 7th on cable with a whopping 0.37 in P18-49.

He also gives the figures as follows:

AEW – 850,000
NXT – 638,000

This is a significant gap to bridge, however with AEW having no pay-per-views left this year and NXT building towards War Games, this could easily shift.
