Becky Lynch has traded social media barbs with WWE Hall Of Famer Lita, saying that she would send her “off with a bad arm” if the match did happen, and that she would be ready if it did.

The current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion made her return to the squared circle at SummerSlam, ending up as the replacement for title holder at the time, Bianca Belair. After Sasha Banks was removed from the match, it looked Carmella would be in the title contest until ‘The Man’ hit the ring and took her out before indicating that she wanted to get a piece of The EST. Although there had been rumours of the appearance from Lynch, the Allegiant Stadium and wrestling fans around the world were shocked when she was able to defeat Belair in just 26 seconds to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.

The pair would clash again at Extreme Rules, in a match which would be ruled a no-contest. Lynch has been reluctant to get back in the ring with The EST, and there’s no surprise after the contract signing for Crown Jewel ended up with Lynch being given the Kiss Of Death through a table which already had Sasha Banks on it. Chances are this feud may continue, somehow without the belt, as both Lynch and Belair have been drafted to Monday Night Raw, with the moves coming in to effect after the show in Saudi Arabia has finished.

Recently on social media, there was a thread regarding who WWE Hall Of Famer would face if she made a return to the ring. Becky Lynch was quick to jump on things, and the pair would go on to trade words with each other about a potential match. After Lynch said she would send Lita off with a bad arm, Lita was clearly ready for the fight.

Lita’s last run of WWE matches took place in October 2018, where she teamed with fellow WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus to pick up the victory over Mickie James and Alicia Fox at the Evolution pay-per-view. She was also part of a ten-women tag on Raw the following night, where she teamed with Stratus, Natalya, Bayley and Sasha Banks against Fox, James, and The Riott Squad.
